Trove counselling is based in Diss, Norfolk. We have an exclusively set aside building, a confidential space where in person counselling takes place or we can facilitate online and telephone counselling sessions. We also offer ‘walk and talk’ sessions when appropriate.

A first session will involve us getting to know each other, information gathering and a gentle exploration of what you are asking of counselling.

The first session will involve a contract between us, including guidelines that I work within, information about the professional relationship and the definition of the boundaries we may need so that you can be clear on how things work.

You make that call: 07943 624 044 or fill in our form

You reach out and we begin. There are no ‘wrong’ questions, no silly ideas, no assumptions or judgements about you reaching out.

It’s a hard thing for many people but it’s the beginning of a healing.
